Couples Session in Gainesville Florida

How We Met

Jake and I met Ali and Alec the old fashioned way... that is, we met on bumble. All four of us had just moved to Gainesville Florida and were looking to meet some new friends. Ali and I thought we would be resourceful and sign up for the bumble friend finder app. Let's just say it was a huge success. Our first double date was at Swamp Head Brewing in Gainesville and the four of us instantly clicked! Ali and Alec quickly became some of our closest friends and we spend time together on a weekly basis now.

Who They are

Alec and Ali are originally from Kansas, but recently moved to Gainesville for Alec's job. Alec is a scientist who conducts research on ALS at University of Florida Gainesville. And when I say scientist, I mean SCIENTIST!! He is extremely successful at what he does and the experiments he does are highly involved and often include preforming cardiac surgery on rats under a microscope. When I tell you that this guy is brilliant, it is no exaggeration! His wife Ali is also incredibly bright and has taken a job here working as a NICU nurse. Talk about a high achieving couple. Both Ali and Alec love working out, cooking/baking, and have incredibly strong faith in the Lord. Jake and I couldn't have asked for more amazing friends.

Since moving to Florida, I have decided to do a bit of rebranding. It seems only right as I am changing my name soon too! Of course, if I am doing rebranding, that means I will need to do a few free shoots, styled in a way portrays the new look I am trying to achieve. Ali and Alec are such a lovely couple, so of course my mind immediately went to them. Being the wonderful, laid back and easy going people that they are, they were happy to model for me! I am SO happy with how they turned out and we all just had such an amazing time! After photos, we all went out for Ice Cream per Alec's request. DELISH :)
