Katherine and Brent reached out to me a few days before their elopement, hoping to set up a few hours of photos. Neither Brent nor Kathrine had had professional photos taken in years! I was so excited to work with them and capture some great photos of their special day. I loved how intimate and quiet their wedding day was.
We started the day at a little church in Micanopy. Micanopy is a quaint little town just south of Gainesville in Florida.
Brent and Katherine were hoping for an old-time classic Florida feel. They wanted photos with old-growth forest and historic buildings that were classic to Florida’s history. Micanopy was the perfect location for this!
After a quick pit stop to take photos on a cute two-track road, we took some time to take photos in the historic town square.
After snapping some fun photos we hopped in our car and drove off to one of my top secret favorite photographing locations! A FIELD!
We got some really amazing intimate photos while in the field before a special guest arrived!!
