Susan & Caleb’s Wedding Day

Getting to know Susan and Caleb over the last year has been so much fun! I originally met Susan at church. We both attend a local church in Gainesville Florida called Vida Springs. Susan and Caleb are both very active members at Vida Springs and lead a small group together. When Jake and I initially moved to Florida in the summer of 2023, Susan and Caleb were some of the first people to welcome us to the church! Jake and I have been attending Vida Springs faithfully since we first started there.

After getting ready off location, both Susan and Caleb came to Vida Springs around 2 pm for some finishing touches! Both Susan and Caleb had huge bridal parties there to support them which was super awesome and a ton of fun! Susan and Caleb decided to do their first look on the aisle so we took care to make sure that they didn’t see each other beforehand. They day moved by fast, but it was so much fun and full of smiles and laughs.

Susan and Caleb decided to open up their wedding ceremony with a time of worship. It was truly a beautiful tribute to their faith.

Pastor Curt led their ceremony and walked them through the process of exchanging, vows and rings. A poem was read by the best man, some kind words given by the maid of honor and Caleb himself also gave a speech during this time. The entire ceremony was incredibly meaningful and unique to them.

And just like that… they were married!!

After the ceremony, we spent time taking portraits before heading to the reception!

Caleb and Susan had the most HYPE reception too!! I kid you not, it had to be one of the most fun receptions I have ever been to!! The night started off with some INCREDIBLE baked Ziti. This is crazy. I promise you it is true… Caleb cooked ALL of the baked Ziti. Caleb made baked ziti for all 220 wedding guests. It was unreal…

And then we danced. I mean really danced. Everyone. Everyone danced and it was epic.
